It affected my day-to-day life, because I could no longer do the things that I normally do. Such as, build things and I still have a hard time doing different tasks. My name is Gerlynn Alford. I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. I work at a clothing store. The challenging part of my job is standing, because I was injured in a car accident. I was T-boned coming from a doctor’s appointment. I was riding in a car owned by New York City Transit Authority, and I hurt my neck, and my back, and my shoulders.

When I started looking for a personal injury attorney, I was hoping that they could help me bring some normalcy back into my life, help me find the right treatments that I needed. When I first started working with Steve, felt like a glove and a hand- like a perfect match. He was a hard worker, and he did everything to satisfy me. I needed someone to guide me through this process, and Steve Williamson was the guy. We didn’t have to go to court, so he met New York City Transit Authority and they met an agreement. My case has been settled, but I still have problems with my lower back, and my arms, and my shoulders, and my neck. Steve called me constantly to see how I was doing. He helped me step by step by step. He became more to me than my lawyer, he became my best friend, my confidant, my son. I can go on and on. He’s a wonderful person.
